That means NEVER, EVER.

Don't try to be nice, don't make small talk, don't ask them how their day was going.

DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE FOR ANY REASON.

EVER.

They do not have anyone's best interest at heart save their own. The see all 'civilians' as criminals until proven otherwise. They assume that you are up to no good. They see anyone save other cops as a potential threat.
