I had to ask my daughter in law to send me Lumpfish Caviar from the Bay Area for my Salmon Mousse last year. Available at any grocery store in the bay area. Not to be found in Tucson. I had to order Alleppo pepper from Amazon for the Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes because Tucson. This place is a culinary hellhole. Thank God for the internet.
