Did you know that every time you smile, the brain sends signals for Endorphins to be produced by the central nervous system & the pituitary gland that are a natural "sedative"
(as opposed to adrenalin, which makes you "wide awake" like coffee)

Anyhow, smiling is good for you.

Laughter is even better for you..

He had a very painful, un-treatable illness, and he found that one "belly-laugh" equaled about 10 minutes of pain relief.....It's a great book, and fun to read as well.
(I think Norman Cousins was the editor of Look Magazine, but I could be wrong about that)
