I do like Stephen King books, his love of the Red Sox and his politics and yeah, not a good feeling when someone you admire says stupid (or worse) shit.
Now it appears Meryl Streep has stepped in it. 
And of course Gloria Steinem a week or so ago. Luckily I am of the full belief that humans are fallible.
on edit: One of my fav authors has a Twitter account but does not tweet at all, maybe that's for the best.
