So, you get up 5 or 6 times a day..or even 4 times a day. (when you wouldn't have)..I am guessing that in 6 weeks, you will fell somewhat stronger in your legs. It be some..but anything is improvement. If you have problems getting up..talk to your doctor. but...it is really not a whole lot of getting up...just some. We are so sitting so much..

I need to tell you, that there will be no police tickets, if you do not do this. give it a try..it may help... good luck
