New mother Mackenzie Kaplan shared a picture of her newborn daughter on Facebook and Izzy's impossibly thick mane was soon shared on Imgur, Reddit and now, she's even appeared on Good Morning America.
"Shew as a C-section, so I got to see her first and I saw her hair, but honestly, we were just happy to see her. She was two weeks late already, we'd already been to the hospital once already so we were happy to see her at all," her father David Kaplan laughed to GMA.
As for her thick locks? "She woke up that way."

Her mother Mackenzie said it all started with a selfie on Facebook and it's now been viewed more than three million times, but she's happy to "bring a smile to everyone's face" by seeing her daughter for the first time.
"I don't put any product in it, we just let it go. It's crazy, that's the only word to use in this situation. It's been a lot of fun."
