it just might be - I'll ask the boss tomorrow when I see him again.

Venison and quail and cooter too. I just looked up their website and I'm 99% sure that's the place my boss liked. There's also a place closer to Clermont that makes wild game sausage that he says is well worth bringing an ice chest and stocking up.
