ingrained into him that you stay loyal to your company. Mind you his father was a steel worker before plants around here closed and when loyality meant something.

I think part of him is afraid of leaving a place he is comfort with. I love him but change isn't one of his strong suits. He's just that type of person.

Me. I see a company jacks me around once and I shove off He just rolls with the punches.
