5. The little takeout place down the street from my old apt...

...in Chicago used to do that. He'd always toss in a pack of almond cookies 'cause he knew how much I loved them.

But, when I got home I'd always find an extra container of something wonderful!

Where I live now (5th circle of hell, Arizona), I have to beg for more than one packet of salt.
