Musical.... cops on the beat that broke out into song.
I remember a particularly moving song involving a couple of cops on the beat walking thru a part of town with a lot of homeless ppl.
And another scene in the chief's office (maybe?) and the back wall slid out and three black gals broke into a wonderful motown sort of routine.
Wonderful voices.
And I really liked My World and Welcome to It, mentioned above.
