8. when i first started going to the arcade

I couldn't play pinball as it was for 18 and up only. They had it roped off and some high-school kid was the bouncer. I could play all the Galaga and Asteroids and Defender I wanted but pinball was the forbidden fruit. Then one day they saw how dumb that was and let everybody play pinball.

I played a couple games but then went back to Robotron.

I was already video game hooked by then. My buddy loved the pinballs though. He was a damn wizard.
