"bingo" type pinball machines are a class 3 gambling device, the same as a poker machine.

the near machine is a bingo, the smaller one in the background is an early single player flipper.
you changed the payout odds on the bingo by playing more credits. object of the game was to score 3 4 or 5 in a row of (usually) one color
