(15,164 posts)That was on when I was about five or six and there are no words to accurately describe how addicted I was to that program. I even forced my parents to record most of the series on VCR (I've still got a few of them I think, although I can't vouch for the quality). Of course now you can find most of them on YouTube. There was a time when I'd almost memorized every line from every episode -and I am only slightly exaggerating because that's how much I used to watch and rewatch them! Even now, over twenty years later watching them on YouTube, I am amazed how much of it I remember!
Ironically, had I lived in Australia where I do now, I would never have seen this show as it wasn''t shown here. But I lived in SE Asia where my dad was working at the time and, the local television station showed it. I converted quite a few of the kids at school to watching it as well!
I especially loved Paul Winfield as the Mirror. He was hilarious!
