47. Did you hear about the 4-star celebrity chef who recommened baby beet gummies this year?

I agreed with the NPR commentator - anyone who hands those out better not live in a house painted white. No matter how sweet they supposedly end up after you dehydrate them to hell and back mixing them in enough rice flour or some other vegan gelatin substitute to turn them into gummies.

Beets just taste like dirt to some people. Even if you pickle them.
