5. Maybe a German shepherd

We had 3 growing up (Fritz, Major and Katrina. My uncle had one of their puppies, Rommel, until I was well in my teens). My current pup is a GSD/Border Collie. But GSDs just don't look healthy anymore. Although, the Hungarian GSD is a beautiful dog. My neighbors had Boxers growing up and my college roomie had a Pitty who was my cat's best friend. Too many wonderful breeds to choose from....
