53. Having had a toy poodle I'm hooked forever

Poodles are considered one of the smartest dogs and their reputation as a frilly dog is totally unearned. They were bred originally as hunting dogs and they're very good at it. They love water and they're among the longest lived and healthiest of the pure breeds. They're also very hardy and healthy.

But I also love mixed breeds. Mutts rock!
