What's everybody cooking for Easter? [View all]
I love Easter and Thanksgiving...no gifts to have to buy, just good food to enjoy.
Every Easter Will, Cailen and I go to my friends' Peter and Joy's house for dinner. They are both marvelous cooks and dinner is always a feast. They usually have a ham and a turkey and lots of veggies. I bring my famous scalloped potatoes which I make with heavy cream and sharp cheddar. I'll throw a blueberry pie infor good measure.
