After reading about all these problems, I'm pretty sure I'll never get one.
What I don't understand is, why doesn't the retail store just wipe out all the malware and useless apps (commonly called crapware) before they sell you the phone?
You'd think the store would want their customers to have a good experience with the phone, it's just smart business practice.
