so the newest thing I have been consuming for a few months now is breakfast smoothies with fruit, yogurt, ice and freaking vegetables - usually carrots and fresh baby spinach. I get 3 or 4 servings of colorful plants, a serving of protein, a serving of healthy fat and breakfast (my least favorite meal) all done at once!
edit to add - baklava is actually pretty easy to make, but be careful it is densely full of not really nutrition LOL, I mean it is basically tissue thin sheets of white flour, a lot of butter, nuts, sugar and more sugar.
