19. I have one high-low dress that is a fall and winter...

...dress. Only a moderate difference in the lengths. It is dark gray, and I wear it with either black or red knee high boots.

When the front hem is knee length, and the back down to your heels, it rather looks like there was not enough material to finish the dress.
