9. Really depends on my mood and level of fatigue

If I'm tired, mustard and relish is all I really need but I love a true Chicago dog (which is weird since individually I like not even half of those ingredients. But put them on a kosher hot dog and a poppy seed bun and they transform into magic in my mouth.)

Some days a can of Hormel chili (NO BEANS) and shredded cheddar cheese is good but I keep forgetting to try that with mustard. I will next time because that sounds good. I'd like to make chili for chili dogs but I've never gotten a pot of chili to last long enough to get to hot dogs.

Some day I'll get out west and see what's up with that Sonora dog business.
