2. OK The Orville looks like a semi comedic take off of Star Trek.

Uniforms similar, ships similar, flight deck similar. Not a trekkie, but thoroughly enjoy the Star Trek series right from the first season. So will watch,

Star Trek Discovery looks a lot darker than previous series. Not sure I'm ready for that. Also hate that you have to pay to watch the series.

Episodes to be released weekly so CBS has their hook in you for 6 months Sept - Feb, 15 episodes. Commercial free that's $60.

Anyone familiar with CBS all Access, is it possible to sign up at the end of the series and all the episodes are available for viewing so you only have to pay for a month?
