(16,670 posts)Fry Hash Browns in a large pan on medium heat.
Meanwhile clean and chop rest of ingredients.
Remove Hash Browns from pan and keep warm.
Fry on large heat: 1 tomato and/or 1 small onion and/or a few mushrooms. And a few thick slices of blood-sausage. Do not stir.
When the tomato is browned, flip everything. Add a few small pork-sausages and bacon-strips.
When the bacon is done, put it on top of the vegetables to keep it away from the heat and arrange the meat and vegetables in a way so they divide the pan into two separated zones.
Crack 2 eggs into one zone. Pour 1 small can of Baked Beans into the other zone. Lower heat back to medium and cook for 10-15 minutes without stirring. The beans will be hot and the fried eggs will still have liquid yolk.
Serve with "HP-sauce". That's the british version of ketchup, except it's fruity-sour and spicy.
