Base of greens, chopped tomatoes, pickles, onions, a burger patty with cheese and dressing made from ketchup and mayo (on mine) or Siracha, mustard and mayo, with bacon crumbles for spouse.
We almost always have the ingredients on the shelf, it requires no thinking, and it's (relatively) healthy.

A big roasted chicken at my grocery stores is only 5-6 bucks, is fresh, and goes a long way!
