1. Most of us ignored our 'homeowners association', and it went away

I'm not sure when it formed but it was still in place when I moved in. I never get a 'bill' so I think it kind of fell apart. I'm going to be putting up a close line, so I guess I'll find out if anyone still 'participates'.
