Lately they've been running out of material and it's not as funny as it was - but there's still some clever writing. Some things are funny to some people, others not. For example:

Modern Family
Parks and Recreation
The Office

Not funny:

Benny Hill
Married With Children
Friends
Seinfeld
Roseanne
