Has anyone else watched Ozark on Netflix? [View all]

When I saw the previews, I was intrigued by the premise. Then I read some lukewarm reviews and it dulled my enthusiasm a bit.

Finally someone else recommended it to me and I figured what the hell and decided to check it out after all.

Bottom line: Best television drama since Breaking Bad, IMHO. And that's not an easy feat, because there have been some really quality dramas post Breaking Bad (Bloodline, Better Call Saul to name a few).

It has a similar feel to Breaking Bad--Everyman is forced into the criminal underground due to extreme circumstances--without feeling like a Breaking Bad copycat.

Both Jason Bateman and Laura Linney are excellent, but it's a relative newcomer Julia Garner as Ruth Langmore that absolutely steals every scene she's in.

If you have Netflix, this is definitely worth a watch.
