We can start changing the rules. Petition, contact Democrats. We need to start with reclassifying the NRA from a "lobby" to a "terrorist organization".

Make it illegal to promote this insane group.

Make it illegal for office holders to take money from this bloody group.

Make it illegal for office holders to take money from their leaders individually.

Make it illegal for office holders to take money from individual members.

Once office holders are not beholden to this group where it counts - their bank accounts.

Once the organization, the leadership. and the members know they can no longer buy office
holders their influence peddling will evaporate.

it's one small tiny step that will upend the argument.
