I think the biggest flaw in his theories, and this can apply to others as well, Mao's People's War springs to mind, is that his Foco Theory focuses too much on warfare. It may very well be a good tactic for wining a war, but that won't be enough to bring the working class to power. Still though, I can't question his sincerity.
