Where the some of the same theorists for globalization (who were ex-Trotskyists), simply inverted international socialism into international capitalism - which was something of a death blow to the worldwide labor force which wasn't allowed to unite. So, at the moment, Labor is at a tremendous disadvantage, while capital reaps its rewards.
