also like Howards End, Amelie, Remains of the Day, American Beauty, Lost in Translation (not classical, but superb!), Mostly Martha, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Piano, The English Patient, Blue (of the Red/White/Blue trilogy of Kieslowski)

Oh yes - Koyaanisqatsi and Baraka also go to the head of the list!
