Research success. My great uncle was a musician, teacher, composer, band leader, and publisher. [View all]

Some of his music was written under the name Mark Janza. One piece was hard to find. Searches for "Bale O' Cotton" were unsuccessful. What was missing was the word "Rag." My sister put in the correct term and found the sheet music. A small piece of the music is obscured, but a good musician could figure out the missing notes.
