2. It's a fun video. But I have to admit that I can't watch David smoking without wishing he'd either

never started, or had quit years earlier than he did. Might've avoided both the heart attack and the cancer.

A lot of people thought smoking looked cool, though. David probably didn't have to have a cigarette while lip-synching Heroes for the Dutch TV show TopPop in 1977...
