4. Yeah man.

I’m calmed. Beatles music always has a calming effect....even if it’s The Bee Gees performing. Their harmonies are awesome.

Had a 10-15 minute crying jag. Not proud of it! I’m a man damnit! lol! But shit, I’ve literally stood onstage in front of 20k people and said whatever I wanted. Because I could! Because... I’m gonna drift back there.

Thanks for the concern mama, it means more than you know.
