The NRBQ lived on a farm on bull's Head Road in Clinton Corners. (That's near Wappinger's Falls.

The sheriff raided their house and arrested the group and their wives. I really don't remember what the charges were, (being hippies?) but they were eventually dropped.

I was really lucky and got to see many shows. I lived in NYC, and saw all those, but also got to shows in Connecticut and New Jersey too. Saw them in Asbury Park when Bruce Springsteen was the opener. In Roslyn, LI, Andy Kauffman opened for them.

I'm in Florida now, and I saw the TARRQ about a year ago, then Terry announced that he was reforming the NRBQ. The Spampinato's are going their own way. (Coincidentally, a young woman I know from an activist group, is a cousin to the Spampinatos. So I know her family.)

It's always good to meet another fan. BTW, there's a DUer who went to high school with Terry. He had some good stories.
