A few thoughts:
- Love that guitar. Has an actual pickup at the neck position. Because I see no mike, I'm going to guess there's a piezo too, maybe right at the cones.
- Guy is very good. Playing just 1 string with the slide, leaving the others open is tough. This is especially true with him using that big brass slide. I need a glass slide to be accurate.
- Reminds me some of the background stuff Ry Cooder played for the Macchio movie "Crossroads". I love that movie.
