... and how it stretched for decades after. That there was as much tawdriness as there was glam and punk. How any amount of business corrupted at least a little and at the same time business was needed if people were to support themselves doing art.

Like Neal Young's Ballad of Johnny Rotten. "Better to burn out than fade away." And how many faded away.
