16. It's a Marines helicopter--probably out of Cherry Point--which is a nearby Marine Corps Air Station

That's the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier in Emerald Isle, NC.

When we're at the beach and I hear helicopters I run out on the deck with my camera. These helicopters usually aren't flying
quite so low.
