Get some comfortable shoes, a tripod and stock up on patience. Then wait.

Even better if you have a remote for your camera. Set up, focus on the nest and perch in a comfortable chair with the remote… and maybe a book.

That's really quite a nice shot, but you really do have to wait for any kind of interesting action.
