I was staying at a B&B within two blocks of Dupont circle one time and got there during afternoon rush hour and spent an hour and 45 minutes through the neighborhoods and around that circle. I finally pulled over into a cab stand and phoned the B&B and they directed me to a parking garage they contracted with. I swore next time not to drive in DC.
