sturdy, and knows how to take care of herself, including growing a super warm coat when needed. The Dutch Warmbloods were just starting to become known when I was training hunters and jumpers back in the 60s and 70s. There were just a few in the country, but already people knew how wonderful they were. So much better than Thoroughbreds in so many ways. Cool that you get to care for her in her retirement.
