of next Sunday's (4/8/12) episode.
It's too bad Arsenio used those two words against Lisa. Now Lisa can minimize & negate Arsenio's entirely legitimate complaints about Aubrey's (& Lisa's) overbearing, my-way-or-the-highway approach to "teamwork" by focusing on Arsenio's political incorrectness. Way to go, Arsenio.
(As an aside, my husband watches a lot of stand-up comedy on Netflix & he told me Lisa's comedic style is full of vile topics & profanity.)
Aubrey didn't even hear the remarks because she walked straight from the boardroom to the elevator to leave the building. Apparently, if she can't control the team she's on, her choice is to leave. I couldn't have been happier.
The women's team has been bogged down by Aubrey's & Lisa's bullying, steamrolling partnership from the beginning. They've behaved as though they were the only members on the women's team. Anyone else who has offered their own ideas or were prettier or who had a talent were treated as an annoyance. I can't count how many times I've seen Aubrey's or Lisa's eyes roll when other teammates have offered ideas.
Last night when the men & women were merged into two teams & Lisa & Aubrey were finally separated, it was fun watching the men react to Aubrey's overbearing personality. She had a negative effect on every man on the team. They could see for themselves that Aubrey was part of the reason the women's team had conflicts every single week.
Lisa was smart enough to become a part of her team & to keep her pushy personality from showing -- at least for last night's episode.
