I know nothing of her other than this show but it does seem like she resents the other women...and maybe for good reason. She's the idea person but was on the losing side once again.

And on another topic, it seems strange that Penn leaves in the middle of the task and has done this more than once. Come on, he can't miss those things while he's on the show? Really?
