I just got the series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I don't know much about [View all]

it except it was highly rated. Now I find out it is about people who own a bar and can be cruel. Is it bad? Anyone seen it? Or is it like Seinfeld cruel (where the joke is on the perpetrators)?
