So sad about Mitch, but I think he and Lucas just reached their limit.
Interesting to see Sam and Alan talk themselves into staying from looking like they were about to tap out. I am sure Sam is going crazy wondering about the baby.

FYI I read an article a week ago, but can't find it now, in the article is said that the Alone crew met with the guys once a week to swap camera batteries and memory and to assess their physical and mental abilities.
