3. Toby needs a GOOD, FOREVER home!

I follow several resuce groups. They DO NOT let just anybody take the dogs. They find people willing to love and care for the dogs. Most require people to complete an application and some require home visits. Try working with a local rescue group. If you need help finding one, let me I know.
