4. A lot of water

but not much snow.

Don't get me wrong, I love the rain we have been getting, everything around me is turning green.

But the truth is that the rain we are getting now mostly runs off the already saturated ground. The water for summer should be in the sierra mountains, but it is too warm to snow except that the highest elevations.

With that storms we have been getting we should see feet of snow pack and it's mostly rain. Rain that melts whatever snow might have fallen already.

Oh well, welcome to a warming world.
