1. While I think "free-speech-zones" are a bad idea, I'm for them in this case.

1. The grounds of the university are private property, not public property.

2. The university would see a never-ending free-for-all of leaflets and banners and posters and advertisements... That do nothing but getting on the nerves of students and ending up in the trash.
