This design was a go to in the early sixties Architectural Drafting and Design Schools .

Adaption was tough in most areas because of Climate and Climate patterns. Adapting Mechanical components was tough to say the least. Believe this Builder was one of the first to incorporate in floor heating as well as floor to ceiling custom windows . The big item was the use of Laminated Beams to open up living spaces.

For your area,2.4-3.0 for this House would be in the realm of doable. There is always a buyer. But,in the mean time,maintenance is not cheap.
