The man was just trying to get some gas
He was AA retired police captain
He was shot SIX times
He was fighting for his life.

Sounds like we have one less armed thug on the streets of Oakland

His accomplishes should be charged with murder.

I understand the mother's grief and my heart goes out to her. She has little control over the dire economic situation in the poor sections of the city but there are many residents who make better choices.
